“Sally” had a sharp sense of humour. She was warm, engaging, and compassionate.
None of that showed up in how she led.

  • Awareness

It requires you to understand yourself at a deeper level:

  • How you want to be known
  • What you value
  • What kind of relationships you want to build
  • What drives your decisions

Both professionally and personally, because you are one person.
Any gap between the two creates disconnection and internal friction.

Sally chose to close that gap.

5. Give without performing
Contribute because it matters to you, not because it creates an image.
