“It is never one thing! It is the accumulation of how you show up in each interaction that establishes your brand distinction and influences your success.”
I love testing the boundaries of what is possible and challenging my beliefs. I am willing to do, at times, what feels uncomfortable. I am curious about human psychology and behaviour. I am fascinated by how many choices we have in who we are and how we show up in the world.
The content I have been sharing for over 20 years is deeply meaningful to me, as it shifted my thinking after facing major changes in my life, taking full ownership of my part and what was truly important to me as I move forward. I learned that success in my life stemmed from deciding what felt right for me versus measuring myself by the standards or expectations of others. The process I took myself through at times definitely made me feel uncomfortable. The realization is the feeling was temporary and my growth priceless!
I have been coaching executives and facilitating transformational leadership training in the corporate and university environments since 2002. It began with my journey and evolved with the hundreds of leaders I have had the privilege to work with on their leadership journey.
My signature program, Personal Brand Mastery, supports leaders in seeing themselves differently to expand their leadership capacities and emerge as indispensable. Even when leaders start with healthy skepticism, they quickly acknowledge the impact of the practical application. The program focuses on the leader as a person to help them elevate their presence, establish their credibility, position their value, and master their inner game to achieve repeatable success.
A few clients include Loblaws, Shoppers Drug Mart, Enbridge, Kenaidan Contracting Ltd., Schneider Electric, Rotman School of Management, TELUS, Home Depot, MEC Canada, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Express Scripts Canada, Hitachi Vantara, and Union Gas.
I have been nominated for the RBC Canadian Woman Entrepreneur Award for seven consecutive years (2008-2014). I am a co-author of two books, a contributing author to articles in several formats, and a guest speaker on podcasts.
I devote time to several organizations working with women against violence. I help women reclaim who they are to improve their lives and the lives of their children. I also mentor young professionals in developing their personal brand blueprint for success.
I believe the easiest way to be your best is to be yourself.
