Participants of this four month development series have shared that this has been one of the most meaningful and practical trainings of their leadership career. How is it different? PROGRAM OBJECTIVE:
Being intentional about who you are to positively impact all that you do. Making the critical shift from your ‘to do list’ to your ‘to be list’. The goal is not in doing more; it is in being more deliberate!
TIME COMMITMENT:
The program consists of four sessions over four months. It is required for each participant to attend all four sessions. There is pre-work to complete before the first session and work to be completed between sessions, allowing you to integrate what you learn with practice—cultivating healthy habits in real time.
APPROACH:
This program is for leaders who are interested in developing themselves, and typically don’t have access to individual coaching. When more than one person from the same organization wants to participate, they cannot report to each other. Freedom to share is key to growth, and if a manager and direct report are both in attendance, our experience has been, it isn’t ideal.

The four days address building your brand foundation, communicating with purpose, mastering your inner game and defining your plan for consistent future success.

Offering a two-hour coaching session to extend the learning after completing the program. This time addresses the leader’s needs and any additional questions. There is prep work before the scheduled coaching session to maximize our time together.
