As a former executive in the US retail industry with more than 20 years experience in fashion, sales and marketing, Dorothy works with evolving leaders that span over 15 different industries. She has provided personal brand solutions that strengthens their inner game to courageously 'walk their talk' and confidently deliver outstanding results.
In 2008, 2009 and 2010 Dorothy was nominated for the RBC Canadian Woman Entrepreneur Award. She has once again received the honour of being nominated for 2011.
Dorothy enjoys mentoring young professionals and supporting their career development.
